We are seeking a new team member for the front desk of our boutique pediatric dental practice in Manhattan. We are a fun, energetic fee-for-service practice with a great presence in our community.
Some responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients, scheduling appointments on the phone and in-person.
- Billing, and communicating with parents via email and our patient management system.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred, but a strong knowledge of dental practice software is required.
- The candidate needs to be punctual, friendly, and a great communicator both on the phone and in person.
This position is 10am-5pm and includes some Saturdays.
